Description
We have realized AiboStella, the first application dedicated to all the owners of this wonderful robot, which unfortunately Sony has neglected and eliminated from the market at the end of 2006.
AiboStella is an application for the iPhone/iTouch and is inspired by the original Sony AEP2 program, but it has the same potentiality of the iPhone and the Urbi server by Gostai.
In our future projects there will also be NAO and others robots that support Urbi.
Its main characteristics are:
- Compatibility with Aibo – series ERS7 and ERS 2xx, with WiFi card.
- Interaction with Aibo’s main commands, through a graphic interface or accelerometer.
- Taking pictures and saving them with its video-camera.
- Adding titles and comments to pictures and your geographic location in graphic format.
- Sending pictures to your Blog. You will need to subscribe to the Google Blogger service.
- Sharing, displaying and commenting other users’ pictures, through the application.
